Air cargo handling and logistic services.

Dear customer, the time of submitting a complaint is 3 days from the date of occurrence of the event constituting the basis for the complaint, but in no case later than within 3 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The customer’s claim filed after this period expires.

If the complaint has been filed correctly and is complete or has been supplemented, Silver Cargo Sp. z o.o. shall respond no later than 30 days from the date of receipt or supplementation, respectively. The customer receives a response in writing, by e-mail to the e-mail address provided in the form. Filing a complaint does not release the Customer from the obligation to pay for the service provided and does not entitle the Customer to set off the amount of claims against any receivables due to him.
